We're seeking a Law Clerk to join our Legal department in a permanent full-time position.  You will work closely with the General Counsel, other members of our legal team, senior company executives and other members of the company.  This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated self-starter who thrives in a fast paced environment.

Core Accountabilities:

  • Drafting a variety of legal documents including, commercial contracts, real estate leases, amendments, extensions and non-disclosure agreements;
  • Responding to requests for review and interpretation of contracts;
  • Maintaining an accurate filing system, databases and checklists
  • Organizing files, correspondence and related documents;
  • Providing administrative support to the team; and
  • Assisting with a variety of special projects.

About You:

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience with a law firm or major company;
  • College Law Clerk Diploma or Paralegal License;
  • Good understanding of law firm or legal department processes and systems;
  • Highly organized and detail oriented;
  • Excellent communication, time management and multitasking skills;
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Strong team player; and
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
