Our client, one of Montreal's finest law firms, is seeking to fill a position as a commercial litigation legal assistant to support 2 young lawyers in their practice.

On the menu :
- Writing and modifying letters, contract agreements or any other document in Word, Excel, Powperpoint or Outlook software
- Formatting, scanning, printing and photocopying of various documents
- Data entry into the system
- Working with lawyers on specific special projects
- Calendar management on Outlook occasionally
- Preparation of the invoicing in conjunction with the invoicing assistant
- Any other administrative or legal tasks required. 

Required skills:
- Certificate in legal secretariat or related experience
- Excellent command of French and English, spoken and written
- Good knowledge of MSOffice software (in-house training)
- Ability to perform tasks for several people simultaneously with minimal supervision
- Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
- Attention to detail, professional ethics and integrity.
