Legal Administrative Assistant- Litigation / Adjoint(e) juridique-litige

Immediate report: The Legal Administrative Assistant will report to the Manager – Legal Administrative Assistants.

Key responsibilities:

·    Prepare and modify letters, agreements, contracts and any other documents which have been dictated or drafted in Word, Excel or Powerpoint, or as emails in Outlook;

·    Reformat, scan, print, copy and fax various documents;

·    Provide compared document versions with Workshare compare;

·    Enter data in Interaction;

·    Assist lawyers with some business development projects;

·    Assist in the management of Outlook;

·    Enter time entries in CMS;

·    Prepare prebills in collaboration with the billing assistant;

·    Print various documents from datarooms;

·    Assist in all legal administrative tasks.

Education and experience requirements:

·    Certification as legal assistant, or equivalent experience.



·    Fluency in both official languages, spoken and written;

·    Good working knowledge of MSOffice (in-house training is provided);

·    Ability to accomplish tasks for several people simultaneously with a minimum of supervision;

·    Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure;

·    Attention to detail, strong professional work ethic and integrity;
